Our Story

The story of Every Little Seed is quite amusing. In 2016, I often found myself escaping to the foothills for prayer several times a week, and during those times, I felt God’s invitation to breathe and relax. A sense of peace would wash over me as I drove up the hill to be with Him. Soon, I began to crave those moments away with God.

This escape was such a gift that I started inviting other women to join me. To help them settle into silence and solitude, I would provide illustrated scriptures to meditate on, along with reflection questions to engage with. Little did I know these pages would be the foundation of our magazine.

Fast forward several years, and I am thrilled to be surrounded by an amazing team known as the Art Dept. These talented women use their creativity and passion to produce each issue, and their deep devotion to Jesus shines through in their dedication and effort. I couldn't do this without them.

As a team, we create a high-quality magazine designed to help you slow down and deeply engage in your faith and friendships, all while creating beautiful art.

To keep you inspired, we include tear-out activities (think foldable mini-magazines, cards, envelopes, art prints, etc.), workshops, and stories of faith from people around the world in each issue.

As the magazine has evolved, we have also added retreats, workshops, and creative coaching, all aimed at fostering the same spirit of connection with Jesus, friends, and creativity.

We are honored to have you here and are deeply thankful for our community of contributors and subscribers. Let our creative adventures begin!

NOT A CHRISTIAN? NO PROBLEM.

You still belong here. Walking with Jesus is an invitation to a peace-filled life, but we will never impose that on you. Jesus didn’t do that, and neither will we. We hope you find the stories thought-provoking and encourage you to just enjoy the overall beauty of the magazine.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Our magazine features stories of what God has done in the authors' lives, along with creative workshops, tangible pull-outs, and simple ways to use your creativity to connect with other women.

Our workshops include spiritual practices and guided prayer. Occasionally, participants will share what their artwork means to them personally. You are welcome to join the discussion, but there is no obligation.
